TeamAugmentation

_

What Does It Mean?

We provide members of our team to augment your team. Most commonly, a full-time web developer, from one of our offices in Eastern Europe, is placed virtually with you as part of your production staff. The team member works 8 hours per day, 5 days per week and is dedicated solely to your product, projects and tasks.

How Does It Work?

We add one of our project managers to your existing communication and/or project management system, where their role is to facilitate communication between you and your new team member. This could be as simple as email, Slack, Trello or Basecamp, it is totally up to you. If you don’t have a system in place, we can help you establish one at no additional cost.

Who Do I Work With?

As mentioned above, you will work directly with one of our project managers to communicate and coordinate each and every task. Our project managers have a great mastery of English and work a typical CST work schedule. In most cases the project manager works out of our remote office alongside your developer, however in some cases you could work with a project manager in our local U.S. office.

What If Something Goes Wrong?

If you have worked in the web development / software development space long, you likely realize how quickly something can go wrong. The key to success in team augmentation is how these situations are handled. We will escalate any major issue, bringing in a member of our U.S. team to assist in communicating and solving the problem. As needed a senior developer, from our remote office, will assist your dedicated team member, in person, to solve any major issues.

We are committed to your success and will go above and beyond to make sure all major issues, related to the scope of our team member, are solved in a timely manner and with the utmost urgency.

What Is The Cost?

The cost for one dedicated full-time developer starts at $2,500/month. This cost includes a project manager, the support that your new team member receives from the other developers in the office, a dedicated computer and office space for them to proficiently succeed at your tasks and replacement equipment on hand when the need arises. It also includes, in most cases, escalation for a major issue.
